PARTICIPATION IN THE IV INTERNATIONAL MINING FAIR - MEDELLIN 2008

This November, DISMET participated in the International Mining Fair, the event featured the participation of multinational mining companies and related sector, it was a place to display our Coal Granulator Mill awarded with the prize INNOVA by product innovation in 2007.

During the International Bogota Expo 2008, DISMET exhibited their innovative products such as Mill Impactor, Vibratory Screen, and Grizzly Feeder, Conveyor Belts, achieving excellent contacts and business closures.

NEW CORPORATE IMAGE

We are pleased to share with you our new image, a new logo, solid, strong and renewed.

By way of explanation, we did not want to change all of our logo, the idea was to renew it, so the the most relevant previous logo icons remained, colors like browns, the widespread T, even that design was modernized and added an extra bold font that adds design and strength.

It was decided to take a major leap in the symbolism of the logo for our corporate image, replacement of the point over the i by a five-pointed star, which among has a myriad connotations, what we want, is to express the design in our products and support that we provide to our customers in their projects until the completion and implementation of them.

We hope you like our new image and make it part of our brand in the future.

Dismet by invitation of the Chamber of Commerce participated in Expocomer during days 4 to March 7 in Panama City, this multi-sectoral trade exhibition that responds to the needs of a changing market.

With some major exhibitors DISMET proudly represents the Colombian Engineering in this important exhibition by creating new business opportunities in this important market.

DISMET awarded with the INNOVA prize

Dismet has been recognized with the award INNOVA 2007 by its innovative culture, the prize is given by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism during a ceremony presided over by Colombian President Álvaro Uribe Velez.

Minister for Trade, Industry and Tourism, Luis Guillermo Plata indicated this award has the goal to reward a culture of entrepreneurship and competitiveness among Colombians, and to transform the country into a nation of entrepreneurs with the ability to compete in major markets in the world .
